$175/45min $195/60min $295/90min Square One Counseling, LLC is considered Out of Network for insurance companies not listed, which means that you pay the $195 fee at the time of service and then request reimbursement from your health insurance company.
There are a limited number of spots which I reserve for clients, on a temporary basis, who need a sliding scale fee. I encourage you to contact me to discuss your financial situation to see if you qualify. Returned checks will have a $50 fee
Cancellation Policy: Sessions that are not cancelled at least 48 hours in advance will be required to pay a $75 cancellation fee.
